Return Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  All sales a final.  However, If your order contained damaged or incorrect items, it is eligible for a return or an exchange if it is within 30 days of purchase. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you have received.  It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please send us an email stating the reasons for the return along with a receipt or proof of purchase, and an image of the defected item. 

If you are approved, please send us back the defected item using the return label provided to you. Your refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment upon receipt of the products.  

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if your order contained defective items within 30 days of purchase.  Please email us the reasons for an exchange along with an image of the defected area.  Upon approval, we will send you the replacement.  *Please note that depending on the condition of the damage, we may ask you to send us back the item(s).

Shipping
To return your product, a return label will be provided to you upon approval.
